One automation to try: Turn your calendar into a countdown
- Open Google Calendar settings → your calendar → Event notifications.
- Add two default notifications: 30 minutes and 5 minutes before.
- For anything with travel, add a third at 60 minutes. Now every event warns you twice without extra effort.
Tool: Google Calendar + Google Tasks reminders. Menus change; if a step doesn't match, check the app's help pages.
